INCOMPLETE applications will not be processed/considered nor contacted.

Applications of "Approved" Buyers WILL be added to the sales contract as an addendum.

If for any reason you are unable to download the Application, PLEASE email us at dobermanfieldspuppyapplication@gmail.com, provide your FULL name and complete address, and request we mail an Application to you via US Postal Service.

Only those with completed/approved applications will be added to our RESERVED/waiting list OR (Approved Buyers List if we have a current litter with available pups).  Once "Reservations" for any whelped litter are filled, Approved Buyers on the WAITING List will be contacted FIRST if any "reserved" puppy becomes available!!
